With a career in consulting, law, and multiple facets of the insurance industry spanning over 16 years, Joe brings a technical claims expertise to Bellrock focused on customers and good faith dealings with insurers and service providers.

Joe has managed claims and litigation in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, and EU. He has been involved in large and complex litigation in Australia ranging from securities claims to large construction disputes playing a key role at mediation alongside defence lawyers to bring repose to negotiations on behalf of insureds and insurers. Prior to a career in insurance in Australia, Joe served as an insurance defence lawyer in the US.

Joe specialises in Financial Lines, Healthcare, and Casualty. Prior to settling into these specialities, Joe handled a wide variety of claims over his career including: Product Recall, Fine Art & Specie, Reinsurance, Strata, Contract Works, Broker E&O, and Prestige Motor. He has experience managing facility business, coverholders, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Additionally, Joe previously served as a Committee Member for the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG) for over 5 years.
