But despite carving out a successful niche with multi-national corporations, Jenni found the industry heavyweights were too commonly weighing their costs against the best interest of the client – a scenario that fractured her customer satisfaction ethos.

A move to London saw her pass her first examination with insurance juggernaut Lloyds, before she was lured back to Brisbane via a three-year stint in Sydney.
